The Performing Arts Centre was built as a joint project with the Hampton Park Secondary School and was constructed on their site directly opposite River Gum Primary School. River Gum used their BER funding to establish this magnificent facility. The River Gum Performing Arts Centre or the PAC as we call it, has the capacity to seat 497 people. It has a large projector screen and a fully working kitchen for catering purposes. When not in use by River Gum for our Multi-Media classes we have the ability to hire out the facility to those in the community.

Theatre

Our fold up theatre style seating is comfortable and raked to ensure that everyone gets an unobstructed view of the action. The theatre was designed with excellent acoustics so all of your guests can enjoy the show and in air conditioned comfort.

About

The control room is equipped with a digital Yamaha LS9 64 channel sound desk, ETC lighting desk and screen projection system. The entire building was professionally ‘wired for sound’ with stage boxes and patch bays throughout. We have a full complement of vocal, instrument and wireless microphones to cater for almost any performance.
